Shippings and Refunds


The shipping will be free at the following assumption:

1. Your order is over 29€ in Spain (mainland).

2. Your order is more than 70€ for shipping to the Balearic Islands.

3. Your oder is more than 150€ for shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. In this case, Dublanc Natural will pay the Document Export DUA and the customer must pay The Document Import DUA and corresponding IGIC (Canary) or IPSI (Ceuta and Melilla) upon receipt of the goods.


The shipping time is 24-48 hours (working days) and will be held at the address specified by the customer in the order (home, work, etc.).

The deadline for submission to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be between 2 and 5 days.


If you order during a weekend or holiday, it will ship the following business day.

If your order is placed before 17:00 hours, the order will be shipped the same day.

If your order is placed after 17:00, the order will be shipped the next day.

Type and handling:

If your order does not meet the conditions of free shipping, the shipping costs will be:

1. Shipping Peninsula (Spain), Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

- Amount of € 4.95 + VAT for orders in the national territory.

- Amount of € 15.95 + VAT for orders shipped to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

2. International shipments: The cost depends on the weight of the goods. We ship to US, Canada, UK, Portugal, Germany, France and Italy.


Payment by bank transfer

For orders paid by bank transfer, shipping not be held until payment has cleared. To expedite the process, we recommend you send us proof of payment to



In the event that you want to return your order or an item, do not worry, you can do the refund without any problem by following these steps:

We accept returns of products within 14 days from the date of receipt (provided that the conditions governing the Law 47/2002 commerce management are met).

Tell us the reason for the return in the mail

If the product is defective, there is a problem with the forfeiture or any other incidence, please send us an image in the email.


Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes you can, send an email as soon as possible to modify or cancel the order to or contact us by phone 0034-865.60.16.65 during office hours from 9 to 13 and from 14 to 18 hours Monday through Friday.


Cases in which is not accept returns:

1. When the order is defective or is in poor condition, the products to be returned must maintain the features and original packaging intact so that the return is accepted.

2. The return of the corresponding amount will be effective when we receive the product back and let us check that it is in perfect condition.

3. If the product has any abnormality or defect caused during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible so that the carrier accepts the claim.

We recommend you open the package in front of the carrier. If you find that the product is damaged or defective, the carrier will take it back then.
